Lili’s role includes client services and administration of the firm. She is responsible for ensuring that our clients have a positive experience throughout the delivery of the firm’s professional services.
Lili provides support and communication to both clients and advisors, ensuring that both parties are fully informed and engaged with the process of the work undertaken.
Lili is also responsible for launching and managing the firms social media communication, via platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, creating engaging content and running advertisements.
Lili handles customer engagement on social media, ensuring that clients are happy and satisfied with the services we provide.
When Lili is not attending to the above, she organises the firm’s social engagements & outings, ensuring team bonding, culture and collaboration.
